COURT APPROVED CO-PARENTING CLASSES

WEEK 1

  • Overcoming the victim mindset
  • Grieving divorce/separation
  • Establishing a "business" relationship as co-parents

WEEK 2

  • Impact of separation and divorce on children
  • Children's reaction to separation or divorce at each developmental stage
  • Alienating Behaviors 

WEEK 3

  • Parenting Styles
  • Cooperative, Conflictual and Parallel Co-Parenting Models

WEEK 4

  • High conflict divorce
  • Conflict Disengagement
  • Parental alienation

WEEK 5 *( Week 5 only - parents may participate in the same class together but not required.  If there is a restraining order, parents will be in a separate zoom meeting and will not be in the same class.)

*We are currently not offering in person classes but rather all classes have been transitioned into a live interactive format and are being offered via Zoom.  This class is not considered an online course but rather a live virtual class and meets court requirements.

WE OFFER 6 WEEKS OF CO-PARENTING CLASSES.  EACH CLASS BUILDS ON THE PREVIOUS COURSE. THE TOPICS COVERED ARE BROKEN DOWN BELOW.  

CO-Parenting classes include the following topics:

 A CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION OR RECORD OF ATTENDANCE WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU ONCE YOU HAVE COMPLETED ALL REQUIRED SESSIONS.  IF YOU MISS A CLASS SESSION, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO MAKE UP THAT SESSION THE NEXT TIME THE CO-PARENTING CLASS IS OFFERED.  THERE IS AN ADDTIONAL $50 FEE FOR ALL MAKE UP CLASSES.  IF YOU MISS MORE THAN ONE SESSION OR MISS YOUR MAKE UP CLASS, YOU WILL BE DISENROLLED AND WILL BE REQUIRED TO RESTART THE PROGRAM AND PAY ALL FEES.

​​*PLEASE NOTE: A REFUND FOR THE REGISTRATION FEE CAN BE REQUESTED WITHIN 5 DAYS AFTER REGISTERING FOR THE CLASS.

*NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED ONCE CLASS BEGINS.    

*THERE IS NO AUDIO OR VIDEO RECORDING ALLOWED AND CHILDREN ARE NOT PERMITTED TO BE PRESENT IN CLASS.

*Proof of Enrollment Letter will be given to each participant on the first day of class upon request.  A hard copy of your certificate is available upon request for an additional $20 printing/mailing fee. 

There is a one time $35 intake/registration fee that must be paid in advance.  Each class is $45 per session or $270 total for all six sessions.  Payment must be received in full prior to the first day of class.  Classes are currently being offer live via Zoom.   The zoom link will be emailed 3 days before the start of class.  (EACH SESSION IS APPROXIMATELY 2hrs.)
